Annie Caron

Movement Therapy Specialist

Annie Caron is a movement therapy specialist and the creator of Artemis In Shape. Over the past 20 years, she created a unique approach to back pain relief that combines creativity - and the latest research in postural correction and neuroplasticity - in a playful way: Playful Flow. Her mission: Give back their healing power to women who have lost the connection with the healing potential of  their bodies, so that they can overcome back pain with easy but powerful 15 minute exercise routines.

 

In 2004, After going through 10 years of chronic back pain, she experienced a miraculous recovery, while training to become an actress. Stunned by the power of embodying great mythic figures, she dedicated her life to teaching women how to activate their pleasure neurotransmitters and manage their pain.

 

Flow Away your Pain is an 8 weeks long online program designed to improve mobility, strength, stability, and coordination, all while having fun.
